(Brainwasher) Confetti Malaise was created in early 2019 in Marseille by three friends, who wanted to make people dance in the dark basements of their city. They released their first four-song EP in December 2019 and the single “If Mirrors Could Speak” during lockdown in 2020 then started working on their first full-length album “A Thousand Burning Suns”. Danceable new wave with a dark post punk side, on this release you’ll hear songs about death, friendship, pain and solidarity.
