(Audio Platter) The third album by the South London punk band that dominated the mid 1980s – not just in the UK, but around the world, too. Released in 1986 on their own Mortarhate Records. This is perhaps their Magnus Opus – slightly flawed in places, but when it succeeds, decades after the event, the Ungovernable Force is still a total, riotous knock-out. Both Kev and Paco (on guitar and drums respectively) were at the peak of their powers, and both (may they RIP) are musical heroes of their generation.
