(Stonehenge) Policy Of 3 was one of the great melodic hardcore bands from the mid 1990s (in the late ’80s and early ’90s, they were known as Matter Of Fact). This style of emotive and melodic hardcore was resonating all across the world; it was all about passion, anger, intensity, and authenticity – the intensity of aggression was easily matched by the intensity of passion. Policy Of 3 helped to define this ’90s sound/genre and this release is an amazing testament to one of the great, passionate hardcore bands from that time.
